How to Use:
Yacon syrup is an alternative to maple syrup (which has a GI of 54).
Yacon flakes are little sweet treats added to toppings or other desserts, trail mixes, fruit & nut mixes, smoothies, muesli, eaten on their own as a snack.
It is used as a substitute for molasses or brown sugar, and in baking recipes instead of sugar or syrups.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Use Dry Spoon to scoop it.
