Nature On My Plate’s Yacon / Ground Apple Jam is from Bhutan grown naturally in the
pristine environment of the Himalayan Region.
It is a natural product extracted from the tuberous roots (of the Yacon plant), which are
crunchy, crispy, juicy, and taste like apples.
It is a natural probiotic sweetener containing 100% fresh Yacon pulp extracted from the
Yacon tubers grown naturally.

Health & Nutritional Benefits: 
The jam contains up to 50% of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), and its consumption does not increase blood glucose.
It is virtually calorie-free and contains antioxidants that tastes similar to molasses.
