It is made from the unique variety of Enza Red Kiwi Fruit which is rare and aptly called the Beauty Fruit for its vibrant color, berry-tinged flavor, and candy-like sweetness.
Red Kiwis are a unique variety of kiwi, hairless with an attractive red pattern inside and
manufactured from kiwi fruit containing 60% fresh fruit pulp, and are tastier than the green kiwis.
